LEC Eye Centre Collaborates with UTAR Kampar for Free Eye Screening at SJK(C) Pheng Lok
On 12 July 2025, LEC Eye Centre partnered with UTAR Kampar to organise a Talk & Free Eye Screening Program for students at SJK(C) Pheng Lok, Air Kuning.
The program aimed to raise awareness about the importance of good eye health and the early detection of vision problems among children. As part of this community outreach initiative, students received free eye screenings and attended a short eye health talk to learn simple ways to care for their eyes and protect their vision.
LEC Eye Centre is proud to support community programs that promote better eye health and encourage early eye care for children.
LEC Eye Centre Supports UTP Community Engagement Project at SK Suak Padi
On 2 May 2025, LEC Eye Centre proudly supported the CORETECH team from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) in their MPU4 Community Engagement Project at SK Suak Padi, Bota, Perak.
As part of the program, LEC Eye Centre sponsored the event and conducted an eye health talk titled “Anugerah Terindah”, presented by our optometrist, Ms. Aliah Binti Gulam Muzammil, to 52 students aged 10 to 12.
The session aimed to educate students on the importance of taking care of their eyes and maintaining good vision from a young age. LEC Eye Centre is proud to support community initiatives that promote eye health awareness and early eye care.
LEC Eye Centre Conducts Eye Health Talk & Free Eye Screening at Great Eastern Ipoh
On 8 August 2025, LEC Eye Centre partnered with The Great Journey at Great Eastern Ipoh to organise a Free Eye Screening & Eye Health Awareness Talk.
The session featured a talk by Dr. Lee Mun Wai, Consultant Ophthalmologist and Retinal Surgeon, on “Common Diseases of the Eye”, attended by dedicated Great Eastern insurance agents.
Through this initiative, participants gained valuable knowledge about common eye conditions, the importance of early detection, and ways to maintain good eye health. LEC Eye Centre is grateful for the opportunity to promote eye health awareness within the community.

On 27 February 2026, LEC Eye Centre collaborated with Klinik As-Salam Bandar, Meru Raya to organise a Free Eye Screening for the local community.
The initiative aimed to promote the importance of regular eye examinations and early detection of eye conditions. Participants received free eye screenings and learned more about maintaining good eye health.

LEC Eye Centre Collaborates with Meru Renew Physical Therapy for Free Eye Examination
On 23 June 2026, LEC Eye Centre collaborated with Meru Renew Physical Therapy to provide a Free Eye Examination at the Meru Valley Golf & Country Club Clubhouse, Ipoh.
The eye screening was open to the public and welcomed Meru Valley Golf & Country Club residents and staff. The initiative aimed to encourage regular eye examinations and raise awareness about the importance of maintaining good eye health through early detection of eye conditions.
