ICL

Revolutionary Laser Vision Surgery: Restoring Clarity and Freedom

What is ICL?

ICL is a special lens placed inside your eye to help you see clearly. It’s a good option if you don’t want to wear glasses or contact lenses.

This lens stays in your eye, but it can be removed anytime if needed. The surgery is quick, safe, and doesn’t change the shape of your eye like LASIK.

ICL is great for people with high power or thin corneas who are not suitable for LASIK. With ICL, you can enjoy clear vision every day without glasses!

Am I Suitable for ICL?

You are 18 to 45 years old
You have high power glasses or contact lenses
Your eyes are not suitable for LASIK (example: thin cornea)
You want clear vision without glasses
You want something that is reversible (can be removed later)

What happens after Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) surgery?

Blurry vision is normal at first, but it usually improves within a few days. You may experience mild discomfort, light sensitivity, or a sensation of something in your eye.

After ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens) surgery, wearing protective sunglasses is highly recommended, especially in the early recovery phase and prescribed eye drops are a crucial part of the recovery process. They help prevent infection, reduce inflammation, and support healing.

Vision Changes

● Most people experience improved vision within 24–48 hours.

● Full vision stabilization may take a few weeks.

● Some patients may still need glasses for certain tasks, such as reading.
